Summer 2025 Project Engineer Internship
Project Engineer Interns will have the opportunity for an onsite internship with a mix of field and project management, mentorship and training, networking opportunities, and will be able to experience the full real estate cycle with our affiliated companies, from development to property management. This Internship is intended for students completing their Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related degree.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpreting project plans and specifications for subcontractors
  • Managing construction permits
  • Overseeing document handling, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
  • Managing construction quality processes, testing, inspections, and maintaining project logs
  • Coordinating design using 3D modeling tools
  • Ensuring timely submittals
  • Communicating requirements to subcontractors

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or related field
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction software

Salary Range:

$28.00-$28.00 per hour
